Using the Team Portal responsibly

Authorized use

The portal is for approved Do A Favour teams, their team advisors, and authorized GRFS administrators. Access codes must not be posted publicly or shared outside the approved team.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current program information.
• Protect your access code and notify GRFS if you believe access has been compromised.
• Submit only content your team is authorized to share.
• Treat participants, communities and GRFS staff respectfully.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass or misuse portal security.

Program submissions

Submitting a form or cycle sends it to GRFS for program review. A submitted cycle is locked while it is under review. Approvals, requests for changes, and program eligibility decisions remain with authorized GRFS administrators.

Availability and changes

GRFS may update portal features, deadlines, rules or these terms as the program develops. GRFS will make reasonable efforts to keep the portal available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Suspension of access

GRFS may restrict portal access when necessary to protect participants, investigate misuse, maintain security or administer the program fairly.
